This decision is not being made lightly and is driven by rising costs and our commitment to offer better benefits to our employees, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, enhanced 401(k) plans, and opportunities for further education. I am dedicated to maintaining high standards for both my salon and staff. By providing these benefits, I aim to create a supportive work environment that ensures our team continues delivering the quality and care you expect and deserve and to hopefully elevate the standard for other local grooming salons. I understand the financial challenges many face today. If the new pricing does not fit your budget, please discuss alternative options with your groomer. We are here to support you in any way we can.
