Our home and business are separate and located on private property that is surrounded with all the amenities that any dog would love! We are excited to open our homebased daycare and boarding services to your family. A loving homestead for your canine while you are at work or away. Your canine will enjoy a safe, loving and fun stay at Cottage Hill Canine Country Club! We take pride in our clean facility while your pet is in our care! Our clients are only confined to the comfort of their kennel when it is meal time, a short rest time and when the day comes to an end. We offer a safe and secure fenced in open land play area and a small play area for your canine’s freedom to run, roam and play with their furry friends. During the summer months, your canine will get to take a plunge in the pool to cool off. Our Country Club is surrounded by a secure gated no climb fence to keep your pet safe. Your pet will be living their best life! All of our furry members are VIP! BUSINESS HOURS Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8am-12pm: Only open for prescheduled boarding drop-off or pick-up between 8am-10am. No daycare on Saturday. Sunday - Closed. We will be caring for boarded pets, but our facility will be closed to all customers on Sunday. No drop-offs or pick-ups on Sunday. HOLIDAY CLOSURES We will not take dogs for daycare or drop-off/pick-up for boarding on the following holiday dates. We will be caring for pre-boarded pets. New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day PRIVATE GATED ENTRANCE Because we are a private Country Club, when you have registered your pet to stay with us, you will be assigned a private gate code to enter into the property. The code will only work during business hours. The gate will be locked at 6:00pm Monday-Friday and at 12:00pm on Saturday, for the weekend. We take extra measures to keep your pet safe while in our care. REQUIREMENTS All canines must be current on their vaccinations and are spayed/neutered. A copy of your pets’ vaccination record must be provided with the registration form. Contract disclaimer and medical release form must also be completed and signed before your pet is in our care. We reserve the right to choose the type of breed of canine brought into our facility. We will not take canines with aggressive behaviors. We do not take Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. MEALS & PERSONAL ITEMS You can bring your dogs food in individual baggies separated out by days, one large baggie, or in a container from home. We can refrigerate dog food, if needed. If your pet will be bringing toys, bedding or any item that might make them more at home, we ask that you write their name on all items.
