Mountain Plains Kennel is a premier facility dedicated to the successful training of retriever dogs across a wide range of temperaments and breeds. Situated in the scenic Black Hills region of South Dakota, our facility offers specialized programs focused on field trials, hunting competitions, and skilled hunting retrievers. We pride ourselves on individualized attention, utilizing 150 acres of meticulously maintained grounds with advanced technical ponds and running water sources to provide optimal training conditions. Our experienced team provides comprehensive retriever training, encompassing obedience, conditioning, and specialized hunting programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each dog and handler.
