Situated on 55 acres off of Silverbluff Road in Aiken, South Carolina, the property is lovingly maintained by Kelli Hofstetter, owner and experienced pet care professional since 1990. The facility boasts heated and air-conditioned units, offering a comfortable environment throughout the year, with 64-66 degrees in the winter and 65-67 degrees in the summer. Music is played continuously, creating a peaceful atmosphere, and the outdoor courtyard provides a dedicated space for exercise, fostering healthy habits and socialization. We prioritize individual attention, recognizing that each pet possesses unique needs and personalities. Our commitment to personalized care extends to addressing behavioral challenges, including those stemming from shut-down, stranger-selective, dog-selective, and feral dogs, alongside extensive experience with bite histories. Our facility adheres to strict hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests. We understand the importance of vaccinations – rabies, parvovirus/distemper, and Bordatella – and require proof of completion before boarding. Pet owners are responsible for providing bedding, food, toys, and treats, recognizing that these items contribute to their pet's well-being. A small team of 1-4 dedicated staff members provides attentive service, minimizing stress for pets during their stay. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where each animal feels valued and secure.
