The City of Columbus Recreation Department is dedicated to providing exceptional recreational opportunities for the community, centered around Hank Aaron Park and its surrounding parks. Our parks offer a diverse range of activities catering to all ages and interests, from baseball and softball to basketball courts and playgrounds. Hank Aaron Park itself boasts a 200-foot fenced and illuminated baseball field, complete with a press box, scoreboard, concession building, and restrooms – a hub for sports enthusiasts. Lee Park and Northhaven Woods Park provide expansive play areas and beautiful outdoor spaces designed to foster imagination and fun. Propst Park continues to serve as a vital community center, offering fields for youth sports, a multi-use grass field, and a dedicated activity center. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for Columbus residents through accessible recreation programs and engaging park experiences.
