Our goal at the Harbor Hounds is to provide a clean, safe and productive environment for your dog during their stay with us. At Harbor Hounds we focus and prioritize each dogs needs throughout the day. Not only will your dog be coming home tired, but better behaved and appropriately socialized. Additionally, we have an outdoor area where your dog will have potty breaks and fresh air every two hours. When the weather is permitting, we spend hours outside where are the dogs get to lounge on dog beds or enjoy our dog pools. What you can expect from us We aren’t like all the other day cares. We focus on having a well-behaved friendly environment where your dog can play, rest and learn. Our pack dynamic is kept smaller than most daycares to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog. We have a 1:10 staff to dog ratio and all of our staff is trained in dog behavior, safe play, and health. Not all day care centers have to be filled with barking and bad mannered dogs! Our facility along with our outdoor area is sanitized daily with veterinarian grade products. At Harbor Hounds we practice a structured environment where your dog will learn appropriate manners, socializing and more! When you pick your dog up, you will be able to speak with a staff member who has spent the day with your dog and will happily answer any questions you may have or to even just hear about their day at HH, Our staff will communicate any issues or concerns they may have noticed throughout the day about your loved one. *All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations: Rabies Distemper Kennel Cough (Bordetella) Must have had a clear fecal exam within last 6 months, including Giardia Elisa test Location 256 Marginal St. Boston, MA 02128 Building #14 Hours MONDAY-FRIDAY 7a-7p Drop offs between 7a-10a Amenities Included Services Indoor Area 1,700 sq. facility Outdoor Area 1,000 sq. outdoor area with a 7 ft. wooden fence, accompanied by a raised up deck area and pools! All grooms are start to finish which means shorter appointment times and no crates! We do anything from full grooms to nail trims! Full grooms include two specialty shampoos, conditioner, blow dry, custom cut, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, nails cut accompanied by perfume/cologne and a bandana. We offer a-la-carte services such as anal gland expressions, dremel pawdicure, de-shedding treatments and more to add onto your full service groom!
