She loves coming and socializing with the other dogs. She runs freely on the football field size play yards living her best life! I can look on FB or IG and see videos of her having fun. My Shih-Tzu has developed anxiety over the years and Serena made sure he felt comfortable in every situation while he was under her care. She even made sure he was acting normal after he was already home with me! She treats every dog like it is a member of her family. Her attention to detail when it comes to the dogs under her care is amazing. I love that she posts videos of the dogs throughout the day. By seeing a video of the dogs I can see the environment they are in and really notice how my dog is feeling whether he is nervous, playing with other dogs, or just lounging around. You can’t tell those things from a simple picture that some boarding places post. The videos are how you can see if your dog is okay and adjusting well. Serena always watches the dogs and interacts with them during group play. This is crucial in making sure all dogs are getting along and developing a relationship with your dog so they feel comfortable. I’ve seen places that let dogs run wild with limited interaction or staff who aren't paying attention. That won’t happen at Bravo K9. I know my dog is safe. Serena has built a business from the heart and really makes sure your dog is cared for just like she would care for her own. I had the pleasure of chatting with Serena prior to their official opening - I was as hesitant as hesitant gets when it comes to dog daycare/boarding after a less than stellar boarding experience somewhere else. I basically trust my Klee Kai to less than 5 people - myself, Serena & staff, and his trainer. Respectful, responsible option that I cannot recommend enough. The property is outstanding, the people are top notch, and the care put into every aspect of this facility is 5+ star worthy. Bravo to BravoK9!
