Bella has grooming anxiety and was very tangled because she does not like the brush. Valerie helped me so much at the front desk and kept me in the loop about Bella’s knots via phone. They are so amazing, kind, friendly and informative; I felt like, I was talking to family. I was expecting to see a chop cut cause my Bella is more than a handful and was full of knots. I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I got there Patty and Valerie let Bella out and the first thing my baby did was admire herself in the mirror lol ! SHE HAS A PANTS CUT! She looks so cute and perfect, they did amazing ! I will add more photos later.
