We are committed to clear communication and transparency regarding our policies, including our 24-hour notice policy for cancellations and no-shows, as well as our detailed fee structure. Booking & Policies Our booking process is streamlined to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that arriving 5 minutes before your appointment time is mandatory. We also have a Daycare Fee of $10 added if you arrive after 30 minutes, and a late arrival fee of $25 if you are more than 10 minutes late. We kindly request that you promptly notify us of any delays or cancellations, allowing us to adjust our schedule effectively. Christy’s Cute Cuts is not liable for incidents beyond our control, including potential health issues like matting, hair splinters, and eye irritation.
